Ready to try your hand in one of the most delicious types of art? In this class, Kate, the owner of Wild Blueberry Bakeshop, will guide you through the process of decorating cookies with royal icing. She will walk you through the fundamentals of working with royal icing and cover a variety of decorating techniques including outlining, flooding, and detailing. This is designed as a beginner class but all levels are welcome! Each person will leave with their beautifully decorated cookies, a cookie decorated by Kate, as well as recipes, a scribe, and the knowledge & confidence to continue creating at home.
